Created Feature: Allow user to sort forums by different fields

A suggestion came in to allow users to sort the forums be different fields, instead of the fixed sort they are in now.

I like the idea and it will be in the next release.

Would it be possible to add an "Auto Log-Off" feature where we can set the time? I think that this will benefit a lot of developers and users that would built a collaboration tool based on Blaze with sensitive information.

The RSS feed pages are generating an error on page build. This has been corrected.

No longer do you have to click the feed area to show the feed options, it now displays the feed options on mouse over.

Closed Feature: WYSIWYG Editor changd to FCKEditor

WYSIWYG Editor - moved away from FreeTextBox to FCKEditor as the WYSIWYG editor. This is a major change to the application.

The change to this path was chosen due to the slow updates from FreeTextBox.

Added Edit, Manage, CheckIn/Out button to the actual content page. This will allow quick quick editing control directly from an active page as your are viewing it. This prevents having to go through all of the general steps to find pages in the CMS system.

After some requests came in about having the ability to create online forms and surveys I decided that would be a nice enhancement to the system. The beta of this code is complete and a few sites are testing it for me now.

With the form/survey builder you have the ability to add questions, required fields, validators, messages, you can see single submission results or view a report of all submissions for a form/survey.

The following controls have been added for the form/survey builder:
Single Text Box
Multi Text Box
Radio Button List
Check Box List
Drop Down List
Date/Time Field

The matrix controls are also present as well as the ability to add a choice of your choosing to a checkbox list or radio button list, which allows the user to enter a custom answer.

Admins and moderators will now be able to delete a topic. This is to help manage items that are seen as inappropriate. Users that made the post are notified that their post was deleted via the private message system and email if they have notifications turned on.

Closed Feature: Forum - Move Topic

The ability to move a topic from one forum to another is now present. This helps to get items where they belong in case someone posted to the wrong forum. This is only allowed for administrators or moderators of the forum.

This is done by selecting the forum you want to move the topic to from a drop down list while viewing the topic and clicking the Move To button. The topic will be moved and the page will reload with the updated information.

Closed Issue: Forum - Mass Approve/Deny Errors

When selecting all of the pending posts and trying to perform a mass approval or denial system errors would be generated. The error was caused by the id's not being properly set.

This has been fixed. The single approval/deny option from the hover menu on the post name still works, so that is at least a work around.
