This is an update to the production release! The installation packages contain installation and upgrade guides.

Please download the appropriate installation based on your needs. There are two installation paths, Windows based and Web based.

Windows is the preferred method if you have physical access to the system or if you want to run the application locally.

Web is the perferred method if you are going to use the application through a hosting service.

A SQL 2005, SQLExpress or MySQL 5.X installation is required.
